Meet The Owners
Meet Chad
Broker/Owner
Our broker, Chad, spent his childhood working at Paulsen's Bait & Tackle shop (modern day The Island Waterfront Bar & Grill) and exploring the Banana River on his days off. At the young age of 19 he earned his real estate license and has been in the industry ever since. You could say his work and play have always revolved around these waterways and still do to this day.
Meet Nick
Broker/Owner
Our owner, Nick, grew up as the son of a well known real estate developer, which gave him a front row seat to the industry. After receiving his bachelor's degree from UCF, Nick attained his real estate license and put his real estate background to the test. Even to this day, he and his family spend most of their time viewing the neighborhoods his father developed, as well as newer ones in the community.
