We’re proud keepers of the locally adored barrier island in the Banana River known as Bird Island. A favorite spot among Space Coast boaters, the island is known for its laid-back tropical vibes, sandbar gatherings, and unforgettable river views.
Through our adoption with Keep Brevard Beautiful, Blue Marlin Real Estate helps care for this special place by checking on the island, organizing cleanups, and encouraging visitors to help keep it beautiful. From community clean-up days to rewarding locals with free swag for filling a trash bag, we love seeing everyone come together to protect this little slice of paradise.
