Bob Rousseau is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Global Real Estate Advisor serving Florida's Space Coast since 2010. With a 25-year career in banking, and former mortgage company president, Bob brings a unique negotiating and analytical skill set in representing his clients' best interests. As a seasoned investor in residential and commercial real estate, Bob is proficient in advising his clients regarding financing scenarios, interest rates, investment feasibility, and financial decision making.

Bob is originally from Indiana and is an Indiana University School of Business alumnus.

Since moving to the Space Coast, Bob has embraced the active Florida lifestyle and in his free time is dedicated to fitness including cycling, weight training, tennis, and golf. He also enjoys playing the guitar, and an occasional game of trivia with friends and family.

Bob's primary focus is helping his clients navigate the entire home buying experience and brings the requisite expertise to ensure a successful transaction from showing to closing.
