Hey there, I'm Kimberly Fouts, I am a dedicated real estate agent in your neighborhood. I earned my real estate license in 2019 and have loved every moment since then! My passion is to help my clients not only acquire real estate or sell real estate, but to realize that they have achieved their goals. I love working with residential properties with both aspects of buying and selling. I specialize in helping sellers downsize or upgrade their current homes and purchase their new home all in the same process. This can take precise timing and knowledge in the market to make it an effective process. Homes of all ages inspire me to see true character in homes built over 100 years ago or seeing the new modern techniques being done in newly built homes. If you are looking for vacant land, I can help you with finding the right zoning or land use that you may be looking for. I generally will help clients anywhere in Central Florida, but the areas that I am consistently in would be Brevard County and the Eastern side of Osceola County, including Saint Cloud, Harmony to Holopaw.
