Hey, I'm Kaleb Rennemann! I'm a proud Brevard County local, husband, dad of two, and longtime real estate professional who loves helping people find their place on Florida's Space Coast.

My experience goes well beyond buying and selling homes. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Certified Building Contractor, I've built a career spanning residential construction, real estate, and large-scale development. I previously owned Bluewater Homes, worked on major projects with Disney, and spent several years at Blue Origin working closely with Jeff Bezos while overseeing major construction and development initiatives. Today, I serve as a Director of Preconstruction for a global data center developer, helping lead projects within a development portfolio exceeding $20 billion.

Real estate, though, has always been a passion of mine. I was one of the original agents at Blue Marlin Real Estate, helping families buy and sell homes throughout Brevard County. After years of growing my career in construction and development at the executive level, I'm excited to be back doing something I've always enjoyed: working directly with people in the community I call home.

I especially enjoy helping homeowners position their properties for a successful sale. My background in construction, development, and real estate gives me a unique perspective on property values, home quality, and what makes a property stand out. Whether you're preparing to list your home, searching for your next one, or relocating to the Space Coast, I bring that same experience and attention to detail to every transaction.

Outside of work, life revolves around my wife, Sarah, and our two kids, Makenna and Maverik. We love traveling, Disney cruises, and just about anything involving cars. I'm also actively involved with Dream Cars 4 Kids, a nonprofit organization that brings joy to children through incredible cars and experiences. You might even recognize me around town in my Buzz Lightyear-inspired Porsche, which has become one of my favorite ways to make kids smile and give back to the community.

At the end of the day, real estate is about people, relationships, and helping families make some of life's biggest decisions with confidence. I'd love the opportunity to put my experience to work for you.
