Growing up, I was always eager to learn different skills and trades. I was practically raised under the hood of a car, knowing the automotive world from my father. We moved to Brevard County in the early 90s, and I have been a proud Brevard County native ever since. I've attended the local schools, Anderson, Kennedy, and Rockledge High School, GO RAIDERS! I graduated from Rockledge High in 2005 and hit the ground running. I started my workforce journey in labor, working with a good friend and learning some home remodeling before scoring a great job at A & W Electric as an electrical apprentice. I worked with them for about seven years before making my way to the material sales side of the business, learning the ins and outs of both aspects of the job over the next year until I met a great friend and left the electrical field. I returned to my roots and helped him build an automotive repair shop that is still highly successful.

My wife and I have known each other for most of our lives. We met in middle school and started dating just before high school graduation. We finally got married in 2015. We worked extremely hard and were able to purchase our very first home a few years later at the age of 21. It was smaller than average, but it was ours. We were very proud of that home and all the hard work it took us to reach that point. We lived in it for about nine years before wanting to expand our family and upgrade to a home in the heart of Rockledge, in the neighborhood my wife and I grew up in. We were, yet again, very fortunate to find another fantastic home right where we wanted! About seven months later, we welcomed our baby boy, Dean, into the world. Being surrounded by our family during that milestone of our lives was a blessing.

Soon after the birth of our son, I decided to get out of the automotive industry. I planned to return to the electrical industry until I met some great people needing home maintenance repairs on their property management houses. I am a jack of all trades, and being in between jobs, I decided to help them out. This led me to start my own business, JAB Property Maintenance. Which, in turn, led me to pursue my real estate license. I wanted to become a real estate investor and participate in something greater than home repairs. In doing so, I can help family, friends, and new acquaintances confidently navigate one of the most significant investments of their lives. This gave me great pleasure. I was an average guy working for average pay but worked hard, saved, and sacrificed what we needed to get to where we were. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are essential! Oh, and showing up!

If I'm not enjoying my free time with my wife and son, you'll find me in my garage working on my classic car or tinkering with remote-controlled vehicles. I also enjoy four-wheeling, the shooting range, and days out on the river with friends.
