Hey there! I'm Joseph Brown, born and bred right here in Brevard County. Growing up, I soaked up all sorts of skills, especially in cars thanks to my dad. Anderson, Kennedy, and Rockledge High School were my stomping grounds, Go Raiders! Graduated in '05 and dove straight into work. Started off in labor, did some home remodeling, then landed a gig at A & W Electric as an apprentice. Spent seven years there before switching gears to material sales. But you know, the pull of cars was strong, so I helped a buddy set up an auto repair shop, which is still kicking it today.

Been married since 2015 to my middle school sweetheart. We busted our tails off and snagged our first home at 21. It was small but ours. After nine years, we upgraded to a sweet spot in Rockledge, where we grew up. And guess what? Seven months later, little Dean came into the world, surrounded by family, which was pure magic.

After Dean, I decided to leave the auto world behind. Was gonna go back to electrical until some folks needed help with property maintenance. Being the jack-of-all-trades I am, I lent a hand, which led to starting my own gig, JAB Property Maintenance. And hey, I even got into real estate, 'cause why not help folks make big moves, right?

When I'm not hanging with the fam, you'll catch me in the garage, fixing up classic cars or playing with RC toys. And I'm all about some four-wheeling, hitting the range, or chilling by the river with friends. Just your average hardworking family of three, plus our dog Rocco and house bunny Turbo, living the dream here in Rockledge.
