Hey! I'm Ixarelis, but my friends call me Ixy. I'm a proud Space Coast local, living on the stretch of Florida that has it all... laid back coastal living, a growing community, and sunset rocket launches after a day at the beach.

Real estate has been part of my life from more than one angle. Along with helping buyers and sellers, I've spent several years investing in homes, from flipping properties to building new construction. Being a buyer and seller myself has given me a firsthand understanding of the process, the risks, and the wins, and it's shaped how I approach real estate and show up for the people I work with.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me jet skiing on the Indian River or exploring new Florida waters. I stay active at the gym and enjoy evening runs with my local run club. Slow nights with close friends around a beach bonfire are a must.
