Hey! My name is Ixarelis, but my friends call me Ixy. I am a Space Coast local calling the growing community of Palm Bay home. There’s something special about living in a place where laid-back coastal living and steady growth live side by side. Sunny beach days that turn into sunset rocket launches aren’t too bad either! I love being part of a community that’s evolving while still holding onto its local charm.

Real estate has been part of my life from more than one angle. Along with helping buyers and sellers, I’ve spent several years investing in homes, from flipping properties to building new construction. Being a buyer and seller myself has given me a firsthand understanding of the process, the risks, and the wins, and it’s shaped how I approach real estate and show up for the people I work with.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me jet-skiing on the Indian River or exploring new Florida waters whenever I can. I stay active at the gym and enjoy evening runs with my local run club. Slow nights with close friends around a beach bonfire are a must. I’m always on the hunt for hidden gems around the Space Coast, whether that’s a quiet stretch of sand, a local spot to eat, or a new activity to try. Real estate might be what I do, but community, connection, and the coastal lifestyle are a big part of who I am.
