Hey there! I'm Heather Salter! I represent and support people making one of the biggest decisions of their life, buying and selling a home here on the beautiful Space Coast I love all things Real Estate but people are my passion! I’m a Florida native, a homeowner in Indialantic and a top producer at Blue Marlin Real Estate. I consider myself  blessed to live where others vacation, I truly enjoy being a "resident tourist." As a wife and the mother of two now young adults, I understands the importance of family, community and giving back. I believe in hard work, honesty, integrity, patience, attention to detail and I am proud to work for a brokerage that shares my values. I've spent my life in service of others whether its my family, kids PTO, past medical and retail management positions or volunteering and supporting local schools and charitable organizations. My unique combination of knowledge of our ever changing market and industry along with my life experience in service of others has allowed me the opportunity to provide consistent success and proven results for my buyers and sellers as well as the ability to make the sometimes complicated buying and selling process as stress free as possible for my clients. I pride myself on keeping a balance of buyers and sellers so I’m able to remain effective and attentive to each transaction.
