Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2007, I've built my business on honesty, communication, market knowledge, and delivering exceptional results. Over the past five years, I have successfully closed more than $70 million in real estate transactions, helping more than 140 clients buy and sell homes throughout Brevard County. In 2025, I ranked among the Top 50 real estate agents out of approximately 6,500 agents on Florida's Space Coast based on sales volume.

As a full-time real estate professional, I intentionally choose not to work within a large team structure. Instead, I remain personally involved in every transaction from beginning to end. While I work with a transaction coordinator to ensure paperwork, deadlines, and compliance are handled efficiently, every pricing strategy, negotiation, phone call, showing, and client relationship is handled directly by me. My philosophy has always been simple: quality over quantity. Every client deserves personalized attention, honest advice, and an experienced advocate throughout the buying or selling process.

Having lived and worked on Florida's Space Coast since 2005, I have extensive knowledge of Brevard County's diverse communities, neighborhoods, and market trends. Before beginning my real estate career, I was drafted by the New York Yankees in 1996 and spent three seasons playing professional baseball in the New York Yankees organization. Although a shoulder injury ultimately ended my playing career, the discipline, preparation, perseverance, and competitive mindset I developed continue to shape the way I serve my real estate clients today.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College in 1996 before relocating to Florida's Space Coast in 2005.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy landscaping and collecting tropical palm trees, staying active, and following sports—especially the New York Yankees and Penn State football. My wife, Ellen, is also a full-time real estate agent, and together we're proud parents of three wonderful children: Michael (21), Hailey (19), and Dylan (15).
