Hello! My name is Andrea Richmond and I’ve been in Real Estate Sales for over 8 years. I earned my B.B.A. from the University of Toledo, majoring in Business Management and Marketing. I’m originally from Toledo, Ohio and have resided in the sunny state of Florida for over 15 years. I’m also a dedicated Mama to twin boys that are my heart and soul. They attend Cocoa Beach High School and they make me very proud. We love to spend our Friday nights watching Gunnar play football and we also love supporting my artist Griffin in different art shows and productions. We also really enjoy spending time at the beach with our Olde English Bulldog. We have been very involved in the Cocoa Beach community for many years and couldn’t be happier to call this HME. I’m your beachside expert! Not only do I have many years of experience selling residential real estate on the space coast, but my passion is to bring my clients to the beach!
